Mike proposed in Florida on a pier on Pike Island. I truly thought he was joking and kept telling him to stand up because people were looking. At that moment I noticed how nervous he was and how his hands were shaking and his forehead was forming small beads of sweat. He pulled out the most amazingly beautiful ring and I just kept thinking... "is this real?" I kept asking him if he was serious and finally he said, "Will you please take the ring? I'm going to drop it". I've never been so surprised in my life. It was one of the most amazing moments I have ever had.
I think we're both still in shock right now. Mikes face looks a little worried!
