St. Lucia

then we honeymooned

Mike took me to get another stamp in my passport! He knows me well. We left right after our reception and started heading up to the airport. Right after we passed Lehi Mike realized he forgot his passport so we made an illegal u-turn on the freeway and zoomed back to get it. Our flight left at midnight and we had a layover in Charlotte and then finally made it to St. Lucia at 11:00 am the next day. I do not think I have every been so exhausted in my life.

When we got to St. Lucia Mike surprised me with a helicopter ride around the island. This was incredible! It is such an amazing island.

Then we went to our resort, Blu, which was literally 3 minutes from the beach. We were given the room that was most recently renovated. It was heavenly.

We relaxed beyond any reason and had so much fun exploring the island. We took a catamaran boat tour around the island on our second to last day and saw an amazing waterfall and took a bath in volcanic hot bath.

Mud baths (they smelled insanely bad)

But our skin felt so good afterwards.

Naturally we hit up the beach

This is Pigeon Island. We hiked around there for a day and saw some of the cool old British military forts.
